Our Leadership Team

With over 20 years of hands-on and diverse experience in the construction business, John Covelli has been a visionary leader who has left an indelible mark on the residential and commercial construction industry. His journey in the field has been characterized by unwavering integrity, unmatched dedication, a deep sense of professionalism, and exceptional communication skills. His reputation for excellence is a testament to his commitment to delivering quality work that goes above and beyond expectations. John’s wealth of knowledge and experience has allowed him to spearhead innovative projects and initiatives, setting new standards in the industry.

In (2003), John founded his own home construction company, developing exclusive custom homes and remodeling in a variety of styles. Based on the concept of team effort, John has also successfully worked and formed strong partnerships with design professionals, including builders, architects, engineers, craftsmen, and suppliers that have helped him build high-end, premium homes that provide clients with excellent value for several decades. After his merger, John continued to lead Monaco-Pinnacle with the same strong business models.

John enjoys working closely with each client throughout the entire construction process, from the planning to the delivery phase. He is well-versed in sales, project management, account management, strategy, quality assurance, planning, and communications with internal teams. He has an unquenchable drive to learn and invests significant time in improving his leadership and management skills in order to drive more success for the firm.

Greg Smith’s love for high-end, ultra-luxurious constructions started as soon as he left high school. With over 25 years of experience working within the single family production construction companies in the DFW area, Greg has gained mastery in project coordination, drafting, and design, and estimating and successfully established his own construction company, Monaco Homes (now Monaco-Pinnacle Construction) in 2005. The company builds and renovates luxury homes, production townhomes & single family homes while exceeding the highest level of professionalism and integrity in the industry.

Over a span of 18 years, the company has evolved into a leading upscale general contracting company that creates projects from scratch to completion to total remodeling of existing homes. As a dedicated individual who is passionate about high-end homes and production homes, Greg strives to always exceed expectations by forming strong partnerships based on innovation, integrity, and reliability.

He facilitates the entire construction process smoothly, from the pre-construction phase to the development of construction budgets, to the management of subcontractors, and the finalization of the project in the most cost- and time-effective way. With his deep-rooted knowledge of the DFW area, building codes, engineering design and planning, and project management, Greg has led Monaco-Pinnacle to become one of the most trustworthy and respected luxury home construction businesses in North Texas.

Alex has always enjoyed the perks of land investment as well as having a passion for cars or anything that goes fast for that matter. As one of the members of MP garages he has the knack and an eye for details when it comes to the passion of building garages for whatever hobby you may have.
